Our sincere sympathy is extended to Hennie Timmer and family with the passing of Hendrick “Henry” Timmer. A private family funeral service will be held at St. Paul’s United Church on Saturday, May 21, 2022 at 11:00 a.m. Following the service a private family luncheon will take place at St. Paul’s United Church.
Our sincere sympathy is extended to the Broadfoot family with the passing of Judith “Judy” Broadfoot. A private family graveside service will be held on Saturday, May 21, 2022 at 3:00 p.m. at Boissevain Cemetery.
**May 22, 2022 St. Paul’s United Church at 11:00 a.m. Come and join us for fellowship. It is not mandatory, but encouraged, that those present maintain a reasonable distance. Please continue to sanitize. Masks are Optional and Vaccine Cards are Not Required
Weddings and Funerals – Indoor Setting (Full Capacity)
The video recordings of the 2022 Regional Council Meeting are now available on YouTube (May 6, 2022 and May 7, 2022).
There will be a Public Celebration of Life Service for Mrs. Joan Ferguson on Saturday, May 28, 2022 at St. Paul’s United Church at 2 p.m. Lunch will follow the service. Our condolences and prayers are extended to the Ferguson family and relatives. More Details to Come.
Plans are being made for the Celebration of Ministry Service for Prairie to Pine Regional Council to be held on Sunday, June 26, 2022 at Knox United Church, Kenora at a time to be announced.

Rock Lake United Church Camp Inc. Open House - May 21st, 2022 from 11:00 - 4:00 (rain date - June 4, 2022).
There will be a free hot dog lunch, plus popcorn, cotton candy, bouncy castles, bubble balls, face painting, entertainment and more! A special tribute to Neita Avery will be held at 1:00 p.m.
In lieu of the quilt auction, we will have a silent auction and craft table. (Rev. Taylor has dropped off the silent auction/craft table items from St. Paul’s UCW at Killarney United Church for Michelle Funk to pick up.)

Rock Lake United Church Camp is cautiously optimistic that Rock Lake Camp will be able to open this summer and is currently accepting job applications for a coordinator and counsellors, as well as various other staff positions. The job descriptions and application forms are all linked to the Camp's website (https://www.rocklake.com). There are copies of the job descriptions, and information on the Summer Camp programs at St. Paul’s United Church office 204-534-6347.

**Please be reminded to contribute to The Grateful Box as a thank you to God for birthdays, baptisms, anniversaries and other events that occur in our lives. The funds will be used for emergency purposes. At a time such as this, the Boissevain Food Pantry is in need of food items. Due to the Coronavirus, the Boissevain Food Pantry is only accepting cash or cheques made out to the Boissevain Food Pantry in order that the volunteers can buy food.
*Community Prayers at 9 a.m. every morning. The Community Prayers are our own individual prayers to pray for our health providers, leaders, pharmacists, workers in stores, and everyone in our community and praying for each other as we maintain our faith that the health professionals will find the solution that will end Covid-19. Prayers strengthen us, give us courage and mobilize us by God’s Spirit wherever we are, and when we are not in the church building. As people of faith, we are the church, and prayers remind us that God’s love and caring is with us all.
*There will be NO Sunday School. In-person Sunday School is suspended for 2020-2021.
*Pastoral Care Team has established a Prayer Circle. If there is a prayer request, please contact Judy McRuer (h) 204-534-2284/(c) 204-534-0935. All prayer requests will be kept strictly confidential.

Snazzy Seconds Thrift Shop Hours
Masks are optional for customers and volunteers. There is no limit regarding the number of customers in the store.
Bag Sale every 1st and 3rd full week of the month.
The store is open 1:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m. Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday. Open Wed evenings from 7:00 p.m. – 8:30 p.m. starting May 4th. Closed Thursdays, weekends and holidays.
Please leave your donations in the bins at the back of Snazzy Seconds. If the bins are full, please do not leave your donations outside of the bins but consider bringing them back another day.
